Day 1

Arrival Kolkata

Arrival at Kolkata airport, welcome and assistances then transfer to hotel.Overnight at hotel in Kolkata.

Day 2

Kolkata- Bodhgaya

Breakfast at hotel, visit Dakshineswar Kali Temple, Belur Math – Ramakrishna Mission, The Mother House (Mother Teresa’s Tomb), St. Paul’s Cathedral. The Victoria Memorial, Shaheed Minar , Writers Building After Lunch by drive pass B.B.D.Bagh, Raj Bhavan, Calcutta High Court, Vidhan Sabha, General Post Office (GPO), Akashvani Bhavan [All India Radio], Millennium Park, Eden Gardens, Prinsep Ghat, Race Course, Park Street. Take dinner at local restaurant. After then transfer to Railway Station to board the train for Bodhgaya.
Overnight at train.

Day 3

Arrive Bodhgaya

Breakfast at the hotel. Later full day sightseeing’s at Bodhgaya, visiting places like Mahabodhi temple, Sujata Village, Niranajana River. Dinner & Overnight at hotel in Bodhgaya.

Day 4

Bodhgaya – Rajgir – Nalanda – Bodhgaya

Breakfast at hotel. Excursion to Rajgir, Rajgir is la site of great Sanctity and significance for Buddhists. Afternoon proceed to visit Gridhkutta Hill, Bimbisar jail & Ajatashatru’s Fort. Lunch server at Rajgir and then will drive toward Nalanda, which is 12kms. Drive (15 minutes), and It was one of the oldest Universities of the World & International Centre for Buddhist Studies, Nalanda was one of the greatest monastic universities of the ancient world University established in 5th century BC. It is believed that Lord Buddha and also the founder of Jainism religion Lord Mahavir taught at this university for years. There is even a monument to facilitate Chinese traveler monk and writer Hiuen Tsang who studied at this university in the 7th century A.D. After visit drive back to Bodhgaya. Dinner & Overnight at hotel in Bodhgaya.

Day 5

Bodhgaya – Varanasi

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Varanasi. On arrival, excursion to Sarnath, about 12 kms from the holy city of Varanasi – is the blessed locale where more than 2500 years ago Buddha chooses to deliver his first sermon after getting enlightenment in Bodhgaya. visit Dhamekha Stupa, Deer Park museum (Closed on Friday). Dinner & Overnight at a hotel in Varanasi.

Day 6

Varanasi – Kushinagar

Early morning boat ride on Holy river the Ganges with picturesque view of sunrise. Back to hotel for breakfast. After then drive to Kushinagar (approx 260 Kms / 6hrs). Lunch will be served enroute in a nice motel. On arrival, Kushinagar check in to the hotel. Dinner Overnight at a hotel in Kushinagar.

Day 7

Kushinagar – Vaishali

Breakfast at hotel, proceed to visit Mahaparinirvana Temple (where Buddha took his last breathe) and Rambhar Stupa (cremation site of lord Buddha). Enroute visit Mahaparinirvana Temple (where Buddha took his last breathe) and Rambhar Stupa (cremation site of lord Buddha) and Japan Temple. Vaishali The Ashoka pillar, Ananda stupa ruins.

Day 8

Vaishali / Patna / Delhi

Breakfast at hotel, Drive to Patna visiting Har Mandir Sahib – also known as Patna Sahib consecrates the place where the 10th Guru of the Sikhs Guru Gobind Singh was born in 1776; Golghar – is a large dome-like structure from where one can have a fine view of the Ganga and the surroundings of the city; Patna Museum – has a rich collection of Mauryan and Buddhist sculptures, terracotta and other interesting items of the items. Later transfer to airport to board the flight for Delhi.Arrive Delhi city tour of Delhi visiting Raj Gath, India Gate, drive pass Parliament building, President House. Evening proceed for dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner transfer to IGI airport to catch flight for onward journey
